High Through-Put Oligo Synthesis

We specialize in high through-put oligo synthesis for oligo chip applications.  The price is $0.14/base for order of 1,000 oligos or more, 5 prime amino modification is $6 per oligo.  Price negotiable on large orders. The integrity of oligo and addition of amino is analyzed by MASS spectrophotometry. Please contact us for references.

RNA Oligos

$3.5/base at 0.05 micromol scale, $7.00 at 0.2 micromol scale, up to 21 bases.  DNA/RNA hybrid oligos are available.

siRNA specials--  Simple pricing scale: $199 at 0.05 micromol, $299 at 0.2 micromol. Highly pure, desalted, annealed, and ready for transfection.  Fluorescent labeling available.

 Phosphorothioate Bond Oligos

$3/base at 0.2 micromol scale and $7 at 1 micromol.  Discounts negotiable for larger scale synthesis.

It is often assumed incorrectly that synthetic oligonucleotides are of uniform length and desired sequence.  In fact, even with the best machine and most elaborate programs, the efficiency of each chemical step of oligo synthesis is seldom above 98-99%.  This means that deletion events at about 1-2% of elongating oligos must occur at each and every position.  As the oligo length increases, these deletion mutations accumulate, therefore, long oligos are more affected by this problem than shorter ones.  We strongly recommend oligonucleotides greater than 45 bases in length be PAGE purified.  We cannot guarantee the quality of oligonucleotides longer than 45 bases in length unless they are PAGE purified.
