Even with advanced technology, high-performance machines and elaborate programs, the efficiency of each chemical step of oligo synthesis is seldom above 99%.  As a result, deletion events at 1-2% of elongating oligos must occur at each and every position.  As the oligo length increases, these deletion mutations accumulate; therefore, long oligos are more affected by this problem than shorter oligos.  We strongly recommend PAGE purification for oligonucleotides greater than 45 bases in length. We cannot guarantee the quality of oligonucleotides longer than 45 bases in length unless they are purified.

$5 flat fee for local lab delivery for all orders placed on the same day.Out of state orders will be charged the third-party shipping chargesIncreasing energy charges resulted in $30 setup fee per order on extra synthesis run for weekend and holiday deliveries.

IMPORTANT NOTE All orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday unless weekend delivery is noted in the "comment" section and the order is sent in before 5:00pm (PST) on Friday. Increasing energy charges result in $30 setup fee per extra synthesis run for weekend and holiday deliveries.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday before 5:00 pm (PST) will be delivered on Monday. Sunday orders placed after 5:00pm (PST) will be delivered on Tuesday.

We specialize in high through-put oligo synthesis for oligo chip applications. The integrity of the oligo and the addition of amino is analyzed by MASS spectrophotometry.

  $6/oligo for 5'amino modification
