Description:
A typical mutagenesis project starts with using a parental plasmid provided by the customer, followed by subcloning into a smaller transient vector if necessary, then creating single or multiple point mutations. The resulting products will be confirmed by sequencing.
Required Materials:
5ug parental plasmid together with complete vector sequence in electronic format.
Deliverables:
1) 10 µg of plasmid containing the gene of interest after mutagenesis 2) Final sequencing data 3) Detailed research report
