Description:
We perform PCR and RT-PCR cloning of known genes from your DNA/RNA source. PCR product will be cloned into a basic cloning vector. The resulting cloned products are then confirmed by direct sequencing.
Required Materials:
DNA/cDNA source. You may choose to use our source in the form of libraries or mRNA stocks, please inquire about suitability and fee.
Deliverables:

Description:
We can prepare your RNA (mRNA or small non-coding RNA) from isolated tissues or tissue culture cells with the option for cDNA preparation. Our facility was built to handle RNA work and our scientists include true experts in the RNA fields (check out the news on our RNAi patents ). We also provide service of DNA extraction from your samples for genomic DNA cloning.
