Allele Biotech was one of the very first suppliers of synthetic siRNA after the discovery of RNA interference. We continue to be an innovator in the gene silencing field as demonstrated by two US patents in Pol III promoter based siRNA, miRNA, and shRNA expression systems. Our RNAi service start with recommending targets on mRNA for knock-down if required by the customer, followed by generating shRNA, siRNA or miRNA expressing constructs using our optimized human U6 promoter based plasmid vector. The customer will have the choice of plasmids with any one of our fluorescent protein markers, e.g. mTFP1 or mWasabi that are about 2 to 3 fold brighter than EGFP. Users of our RNAi technology have access to our patent rights in RNAi.
