We can tailor-build a new vector or modify your existing plasmid for bacteria transformation or culture cell transfection to suite your special requirements such as drug resistance or promoter preference.
Required Materials:
5ug of plasmid containing gene of interest plus complete vector sequence in electronic format.
Deliverables:
1) 10 µg of plasmid containing the gene of interest after mutagenesis 2) Final sequencing data 3) Detailed research report
