- Step2: Submit Questionnaire

In order to provide the most comprehensive sub-licensing agreement with your business, we ask that you provide a few details about your company and intended use of our fluorescent protein. You can find the sub-licensing questionnaire by following this link:

- Step3: Develop a tentative set of terms

After reviewing your questionnaire, a representative for Allele Biotech will develop a tentative set of licensing terms for your company. This will be sent via e-mail to the appropriate parties for negotiation and/or approval.

- Step4: Development of Final Contract

Upon submission of approval from your business, Allele will prepare a final contract to be signed and executed. A duplicate set of contracts will be mailed to the address you provide for finalization.

- Step5: Return Signed Contract/Deposit

Return a copy of the contract signed by authorized person at your institute along with a security deposit agreed upon in the contract.

- Step6: Plasmid Sent

Once the signed contract and security deposit is received, Allele will promptly mail out all materials requested by the contract. Subsequent contract negotiations and renewals will be discussed two months before expiration of the original contract.
